We were nominated in the Customer Service category, a recognition that reflects our dedication to delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a small business, we take pride in supporting and serving the local communities in Skipton, and throughout the towns of Yorkshire and Lancashire. In a show of gratitude and solidarity with fellow business owners, we also decided to sponsor the Professional Service Award. This contribution was significant for us, as it highlighted our appreciation for the hard work and passion that embody small businesses. Although we didn’t win the Customer Service Award, the nomination itself was a great honour, and we feel truly privileged to have been considered.
