free lifetime aftercare service

it’s one of the things that makes us special!

We believe you are our customer forever when you purchase from us.

That means that as well as a standard 2-year warranty on all our blinds, we stay on standby to help you with any issues in the future. Even if you accidentally damage your blind we’ll still come and fix it for you for free, charging only for replacement parts if needed. You can’t say fairer than that!

Better still, we don’t rob you blind or leave you to do the leg-work packaging and posting it back to us for repair. You can simply arrange an appointment time for one of us to come round and fix it for you on the spot or take it away for repair and re-installation with only the parts to pay for.
